REFUND POLICY

Coverage Ink and Coverage Ink’s Get Repped Now have a no refunds policy. You are paying for an evaluation and opinion. You are of course entitled to disagree with your analysis, but that is not grounds for a refund. The reader’s opinion is just that–their opinion, and that’s what you’re getting. You may not like it; but we do encourage you to consider the notes carefully, even if you vehemently disagree. CI analysis results are final. Follow-up questions are free up to appx. 10 minutes of the reader’s time (generally around three questions). For more in-depth follow-ups we’re happy to schedule an email, phone or Zoom consultation with the reader at the rates indicated on our price list.

That said, different story analysts may have differing reactions to a script; while we try to standardize our analyses and use similar metrics across our team to judge submissions, there’s always a chance two readers may disagree, regardless of whether they are CI readers or from another company. We always encourage multiple opinions and perspectives. CI does not take into consideration analyses or opinions from any other companies, contests, producers, representatives, etc. We call ’em like we see ’em.
