I am a clinical psychologist and blogger in Cape Town. This blog is a place for observations, reflections, and other things personal and public.

I believe that all of us need to celebrate our own stories and to build up those around us. Personally I have found great benefit in therapy but also in journaling, reading and studying.

This blog is a place for book reviews, stories and links to the writings of those who I find inspiring and interesting. I encourage you to read a post or two and leave some thoughts or observations.

Good to find your blog. I have stated a writing group in Betty’s Bay called Out of the Box and have some eccentric thinkers among us. Our last workshop was called ‘On the Road’ hosted by Lien Botha. It was based on Jack kerouac’s work. We have set up a blog – Betty’s Bay Writersblog. Take a look, you might find it interesting. Would love to paste your ‘road’ story!
