I’m from Friuli, a region of Northeast Italy, exactly from Aviano. I’m a mechanical engineer of 35 years old. I worked about 5 years for a cars maker brand. Something about my many homes. I made the Erasmus in Valencia (Spain) one year and wrote my University graduation  Thesis in Vaasa, Finland, where I lived 6 months. I worked one year in Changsha (Cina), one in Kragujevac (Serbia) and one in Brasil, between the cities of Belo Horizonte, Recife, Olinda and Joao Pessoa. Ah..before going to China, I lived about two years in Turin, Northwest Italy.

Then I resigned from job ’cause I wanted to be happy, cycling and cooking. No, joke. I was liking to ride and cook but I didn’t know immediately what to do after leaving the job. I was just knowing that it was time for a change.

Dexterity and creativity remained covered too much years. I was thinking about music or an other art, maybe an handicraft. Then I found an 8 months cook class, I passed the entry tests and the 15th of July 2014 I ‘ll graduate. For the summer I was thinking to make the Santiago de Compostela route by bike stopping by some restaurants on the way to ask for one or two days work. Then many other ideas started to rise and many things, which were boiling inside me since many years, came up creating a chaos of themes I wanted to develop. I took the simplest one.
