  • kenjilopezalt I don't use the phrase "game changing" often, but the @combustion.inc thermometer really is game-changing. It has a series of sensors along its length that allows it to determine the actual core temp of your food regardless of how you stick it in. Not only that but it has a predictive algorithm that accurately and dynamically predicts how long it'll take your food to cook. Its usefulness is mainly for cooking meat, poultry and fish, and it's not cheap
