Ce este MMA ?
MMA este un excelent antrenament pentru autoaparare si pentru imbunatatirea conditiei fizice, care contine tehnici si tactici de lupta din Muay thai si Kickbox si Grappling (judo, lupte, jiu-jitsu).
Indiferent de nivelul de pregatire, aceasta clasa e conceputa sa aduca beneficii tuturor practicantilor. Incepatorii vor intra in forma, iar avansatii vor fi solicitati pentru progres.
Pot participa atat barbatii, cat si femeile.
Impreuna cu tehnicile specifice de lupta sunt incorporate si alte exercitii pentru mobilitate si tonus muscular.
Invata corect toata varietatea de tehnici specifice MMA, concomintent cu efectuarea unei sedinte solicitante in care te vei simti bine, iti vei creste increderea in sine, iti vei reduce nivelul stresului, iar daca te straduiesti, poti consuma pana la 800 de calorii/ora.
Tehnici de antrenament
Se executa tehnici de striking: lovituri de brat, de cot, de genunchi si de picior, atat separat, cat si in combinatii. Se lucreaza cu contact cu partener, iar pentru o mai buna insusire, tehnicile si combinatiile se executa si la sacul de box si in aer (lupta cu umbra) si/sau in fata oglinzii.
Tehnici de grappling: Ducerea adversarului la sol prin secerari, aruncari, etc; tehnici de lupta la sol: luxatii, strangulari, fixari, lovituri la sol, etc.
In final se combina tehnicile de lovire cu cele de grappling, pentru abordarea completa a luptei.
Sedintele de pregatire contin si reprize de lupta. Acestea sunt facultative.
Sedinta se incheie cu elemente de pregatire specifice fizica si mentala - diferite exercitii mai mult sau mai putin clasice: flotari, flotari coreene, exercitii pentru abdomen si centura pelviana, sarituri, genuflexiuni etc. Acestea pot fi atat simple cat si amestecate cu tehnici specifice MMA, la sac si cu partener. Tehnici de respiratie si relaxare.
Manusi de box si bandaje elastice de box de minim 4 metri
sau manusi interioare de protectie.
Manusi de MMA.
Protectie dentara si protectie genitala.
Protectii pentru gambe (tibiere).
Tricou mulat, cu maneca scurta si pantaloni elastici scurti sau lungi.
Pantofi curati cu talpa subtire, neteda si moale (se poate lucra si descult).
Durata
Structura unui antrenament totalizeaza 120 minute:
Incalzire temeinica: ~20 minute
Tehnici specifice: ~75 minute
Reprize de lupta: ~15 minute
Conditie fizica: ~10 minute
