Colleen is a Certified Mediator, EEO Investigator and Ombudsperson. She also serves as a Conflict Resolution Specialist with Pollack Peacebuilding. With two decades of experience in Employment Dispute Mediation, Colleen currently serves on a mediation panel for the Department of Homeland Security.
A trained psychotherapist and speaker with the APB Speaker's Bureau and Dubai Keynote Speakers. Colleen is an expert in communication, interpersonal and team/leadership effectiveness and performance. She is the Well-being Coach for Berkley Inc.
Colleen has facilitated Inclusive and Effective Communication, Conflict Resolution, Sexual Harassment and Leadership Trainings to a wide variety of audiences and organizations including Tech, Transportation Security, Construction, Education, Sales/Manufacturing, Addiction Treatment and Green Industry Businesses.
The focus of Colleen's coaching is to produce breakthroughs by accessing the source of performance, actuating individuals, leaders, teams and organizations to create sustainable change, win-win solutions and live into their highest potential.
