While working on Tangled at Disney, I explored many aspects of Rapunzel: her character, clothing, personality and surroundings- even her painting style. You can also check out the sketchbook I used to explore what a day in Rapunzel's tower would look like at the end of the collection.
The story of Frozen went through many changes while at Disney. It was a fun challenge to develop the characters and their worlds for each of these versions.
PUSS IN BOOTS 2 : THE LAST WISH
I had the honor of spending my time during covid working with an amazing team at Dreamworks Animation on Puss in Boots: The Last Wish designing characters, costumes, maps and more.
SKETCHBOOKS
For me creativity is something a little elusive that can be easily squashed by the stress of needing to accomplish something. What I have found to be quite useful to me for my art- but more for my soul -is taking a moment to be truly present and document it through line on paper (and sometimes color too). In this collection, I hope to share these moments of presence and calm.
ILLUSTRATION

An animated tribute for the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian which illustrates the Oneida tribe’s loyal (yet all too often forgotten) contribution to the American Revolution projected on the walls surrounding the Allies in War Partners in Peace sculpture by Edward Hlavka.
