Pretty much my feeling as well. Let me pass this little thing your way given the descent into the abyss (which was adequately displayed in his one-year presser “celebration” today). As the country continues it’s untethered careening…. MAGA people are going to feel the social and political brunt of responsibility for it all for having voted Trump to power. I only hope it’s limited to personal social shunning… but I have no idea where all this is going. Prayer might indeed be a good idea, Tom. Less about arguing the virtue of Christianity with quasi-intellectual posturing, and more about appealing to divine intervention. But, hey… I’m just the typical sinner.. what do I know, right?

Well, golly… I never mentioned Trump at all. I was responding to your desire for justification for killing people. I was responding to the immense “martyrdom” occuring around the world including here and that it goes way beyond being Christian, and Christians are equally complicit in it as any other faith. I was responding that the killing will continue as will the justification for it. I was responding with a warning that we have not yet seen how low this nation can sink with justifying any damn thing it wants. Dying for the theater of it all. Trump? Oh, nevermind him. He’s just reflecting the will of the people. Uh huh.
