CDL’s business activities fall under the auspices of CDL Business Services. This includes overseeing the library’s budget, human resources, purchasing, and contract and grant administration functions.
Business Services is responsible for:
- Short-term and long-term financial planning and analysis at CDL.
- Providing expertise to CDL’s Executive Director and program managers on the development of business models and the planning of strategic partnerships.
