Where I’ve Been
my family has always moved around. corporate america has this rule, that every time you receive a promotion, your new title/responsibility will be located in a totally different place.
i was born in indiana. when i was two, we moved to wisconsin. at four, we moved to colorado. at five, we moved to california. at eight, we moved back to wisconsin. at fourteen, we moved to minnesota.
when i was 22 and fresh out of college, i moved to wisconsin. at 23, i moved to nevada, to new york city, back to wisconsin, and to upstate new york. i’m now 24 and will be in upstate new york for awhile.
i’ve always been go-go-go. staying in one place too long makes me antsy, and i crave change.
i’m just waiting to see where i’ll end up next.
