Café Crem
Art, Music and Words around The Coffee Table
About Café Crem
Hello Boys & Girls from around the World!
Fancy a coffee with us?
Café Crem was created by Miki and Kev Moore in 2007 with the intention of gathering like-minded artists, writers and musicians together around the coffee table to discuss and share thoughts, ideas, art, etc.
This initial desire has surpassed our wildest dreams with a myriad of collaborations taking place between the various members, creating pieces of work that simply would not exist without Café Crem.
Have a wander though in our different rooms:
“Cafe Literati”, the Literary Room
“Café L’Arte”, the Art Gallery
“Ca’ Puccini”, the Music Studio
and, last but not least,
“The MiniBar”, our creative space for our kids and teens!
You are all welcome.
Contact Miki at miki@goodaboom.com if you want to participate!

I like the idea. In a few days I will have a painting with a cup ready. By the way the Miki in Saint Leon is not being found.
Welcome, proud to greet the first club member!
Tell me when your coffee cup is hot and I´ll do the necessary to serve it online! I´m very impatient to see it…
And thanks for the hint that Miki got lost in Saint-Leon! I found her now…
Miki
Hello there, Miki-au-Perigord ! If you like forests, here in Québec there are lots of them – some so imense that if you get lost you’ll be lost forever!
Perigord! That’s Robert Merle place for his first volumes of Fortune de France! I loved that book!
…and I forgot to tell you I like a lot your “header”!
Thank you Danu! And do you know what: I like my header too! One day when we are many people here I´ll let make coffee cups, with this picture printed on it…
I don´t really like forests… at least from inside… they scare me somehow. I have no problem to get lost for ever though, but then rather somewhere with much light and all the colours of the rainbow…
Miki,
I would like to make a post about some coffee recipes we enjoy here in North Africa. How can I do that?
Best regards,
Madame Monet
Fine, smells well already! Just give me the email you gave to wordpress and I´ll add you as an author.
I would love to hear about those recipes and try them… Yum!
I LOVE coffee cup art! I am looking forward to visiting again soon 🙂 I’ll post one of my coffee cup pieces tomorrow.
And regarding tea drinkers…I’ve debated that one myself. I’m sure they’re nice people, but tea just isn’t the same as coffee. And their cups have a much different personality…
Nothing says you cannot do both! I’m a tea drinker myself in the evening…
Both! Now that is interesting… 🙂 Do you drink them out of the same cups?
Hey there. Thanks for writing Miki. This is great. You know what? I write at cafes. There are many of them here in Ste-Adele Quebec Canada since our village is one of many all in a circle of 20kms where I go to write in my journal. Each place different. Each coffee cup unique. Ha ha!!!
If you want I’d love to be part of your “salon.” I believe in serendipity so much and what a surprise to find the link to this place in my inbox this morning. Mmmm!
I’m new here, so hello everybody. I’d like to join in the tea/coffee discussion. I drink both tea and coffee…and I drink them out of the same cups..I hope I’m not giving my poor cups a psychiatric disorder….
Hello, Maggie, so pleased to see you here and welcome to Cafe Crem! Your first comment with the psychiatric disorder is so funny! But don´t worry, if your cups get disorder, they will be in good compagny here, our cups have all a kind of personal story close to mental disorder…
Welcome Maggie! Nice to meet you.
I hope you enjoy wandering through our assorted crockery, and perhaps add some of your own!
Hello Everyone,
I was invited by Miki to have a cup of Hot chocolate for my heart and find some nice & funny people in here … hopefully you will warm my heart with you histories … so far its been working…
Ps. Miki you can find my first 3 entries in darig.wordpress.com (they are in spanish) hopefully tomorrow it will be finish.

Hey Daniel, Welcome! Hope you enjoy visiting our cafe!
Hola Daniel y bienvenido en Cafe Crem!
I have read already part of part 1 of your story yesterday, but unfortunately I have no time for more now, we are leaving for 1 week and are in a hurry. But I’ll go back to your blog when we come back.
In the meanwhile try not to be too sad…
Have a nice vacation, miki & kev!
Hi friends- I’m hoping someone can tell me that this is an easy answer…how do I put a link from my avatar to my blog? Thanks!
P.S. And also to my screen name!
Have a nice day !
Hey everyone. Wow! I love all of your graphic coffee and coffee ideas. Everyone seems very creative. I go to school at Robert Morris for Graphic Design and right now I am taking a class in magazine design- I am working on a coffee magazine. Any advice? The coffee designs and everything is SO original and creative.
Thanks,
Meagan
I’m in! And will have a photo of my favorite mug, soon.
Hello Kim, and welcome! We look forward to your mug. You can send it as an attachment to miki@goodaboom.com, or , if you want to become an author an join us, just tell Miki at the same address and she will do the necessary steps to add you.
There are loads on this website, even a design called Cafe Creme!
For some reason I can’t access the main page; it starts to load with the new post and then flips to an empty page.
So I can’t even comment on them.
*wah!*
