Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
vt could not be built reproducibly.
This was because it ships a different binary package depending
on whether the tests are run or not. Specifically, the testsuite
bumped the modification time for the test/decompose directory
and that change is reflected in the .deb.
A patch is attached that always sets the mtime for this directory to
the value of SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH.
