I recently joined Meta Platforms, Inc. as a research scientist at Menlo Park, California. And I’m excited about the new jounrey ahead of me. I spent 5 years in Downtown L.A. and obtained my Ph.D and M.S degree from University of Southern California. For my phd I studied Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) and high-throughput sequencing data for gene expression regulation. Another research pillar of mine is computer vision and deep learning, including few-shot learning for object detection, contrastive visual representation learning, spectra reconstruction, vision transformer and Contrastive Language–Image Pre-training (CLIP).
Feel free to contact me if you want to apply for an internship at Meta, or have ideas and need collaboration on computer vision research and/or application, decentralized Web3, start-up and beyond!
