I am not sure I came to any deep conclusion except that, speaking from my own experience, life is going to hit us unexpectedly with difficulties and we have to find coping mechanisms. Sometimes in the past I didnt manage to find those mechanisms and I was very difficuilt to be around. Hopefully I can cope better in the future.
