jpv, I’ve updated a few things. There were a few relevant manuscripts that surfaced in the JSP work. I’ll publish bits of it at some point.

With JSP are you updating any more on PJ?
Do you think you’ll ever publish it in paper?

Personally, I like that he ended without Amen because at the end of prayers Amen appears, to me, to be a presumptive close to prompt listeners that they should declare “Amen!”. Hebrew אָמֵן Amen means “truly,” “so be it,” or “it is firm.” Ai says it’s not a period; it’s a seal — an expression of truthfulness or agreement.
I have been avoiding it’s use because: 1) In less formal settings, I like people to add to my prayer if they feel so moved 2) I don’t want to tell others what to do or what to think 3) People can give a heartfelt Amen if they feel to give one.
Let the hearer and angels discern, or the person saying the prayer, if they in fact do know, like when Jesus says, “Verily verily”.

I appreciate the work that goes into creating a resource website like this. I thank you very much. I’ve noticed that the BOAP.ORG website link takes you to the “CheckPay Finance News App – Global Finance and Monetary News” site. Please remove or fix that link (second link down under “Websites”). Additionally, I’m now trying to find the journals that used to be found at this link: boap.org/LDS/Early-Saints/.html Can you please direct me?
Warmest regards,
Doug

The next book will probably be an ebook. It is long and complex with difficult typesetting issues and illustrations. I don’t have a timeline for that as yet. Thanks for your interest.

I apologize for the late reply. Your comment was held in the review stack and I did not see it until yesterday. I’d be happy to do this, though perhaps it is no longer an option. Once again, sorry for the late reply. You can contact me by email at 1701uss@gmail.com
