This summer, the Baltimore Feminist Reading Group will host a series of chillzone BBQs open to women and trans ppl. Each BBQ will feature presentations and performances, free food, andprovide a space to meet each other, discuss feminism, and hang out. Topics will include transfeminism, reproductive justice, prison abolition, sex positivity, and more. Come party/eat/chat with us!
Each BBQ will take place from 6-10pm at the Red Clover Collective House, at 603 E 30th Street. Childcare provided.
The dates are:
July 15th – RESISTANCE AND REVENGE
July 29th – BODIES IN BALANCE
August 12th – Queer History, A Critique of Individualist Feminism, Strategies for Dismantling Racism
August 26th – POWER TO THE QTPOC – open to people of color only!
