About Me

I’m a chaplain.  I have served as a pastor and as chaplain in hospitals, the military, and campus ministry. My interests (reflected on this blog) include church history, ecumenism, interfaith relations, peace/justice, and, of course, chaplaincy.

I’ve kept this blog in various forms for many years, so if you see a shift in emphasis from time to time, as my theology has changed, that’s why. I am Anabaptist, an ordained minister in the Western District Conference of the Mennonite Church USA, seeking to follow Jesus in simplicity.
