I live in Ireland, I love food. I think about it all the time. Which makes it tough to concentrate on my real-life job, which doesn’t really involve edibles in any shape or form. I used to blog over here. Then I started up again on this site, lost my mojo, got caught up in work and, oh, it all just fell by the wayside.

Except ooh, look. Stop press. I’m on maternity leave until May 2013. So, between nappy changes, marathon burping sessions and endless rounds of washing onesies, I should have a few minutes to throw the odd line or two on here. That’s the theory… Hopefully, I can keep this going a bit beyond that timeframe. We’ll see.
