Hi and welcome! I’m Maryam and welcome to Beanbag Diaries, where you’ll find parenthood anecdotes, book reviews, poetry and inspiration, encouragement and practical advice to simplify and de-clutter your home and life to embrace the simple life.

I am a SAHM to (almost) Irish twins and run a subscription box for kids. I am also a graphic designer and content creator. But my passion lies in poetry and books and that’s what you’ll find here mostly.

I’m a workaholic, and a Cheetos addict, I cry while listening to music and Sylvia Plath is my soul sister.
