Andre Esser

I am a Principal Cryptographer at the Technology Innovation Institute in Abu Dhabi, where I lead a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers focused on post-quantum secure schemes. My work spans the full spectrum – from foundational research to prototypes, standardization efforts, and real-world applications.

In recent years, I have been deeply involved in advanced cryptographic technologies such as ZK, FHE, DLT, and MPC and their intersection with other emerging technologies such as ML and AI, often acting as a bridge between technical teams and strategic stakeholders.
