Vraiment super

Disappointed. When you order a NEW product, it is supposed to arrive pristine and unopened. The seal was broken on the Belkin box and the product packaging inside was crumpled and previously opened. (The Amazon packaging was not tampered with.) Was this a return that was conveniently resold? Also, the magnet for the phone is weak. The phone slides off the base. I expect more from Belkin - especially at this price point!
