Very pleased with the 21.5 in IMAC. This is the second one in our home. Looks sharp, screen is so much bigger and brighter than previous laptop. Setup was a snap, took moments. Only deficit is lack of a number pad on the keyboard.

the computer has 1 year warranty. So if you have any problem just call customer service and they will connect you with apple technical support. I did it and they helped me solved a problem. Thank you.

As a digital artist and creator the screen was one of the main reasons I purchased this machine and was not disappointed in the slightest, it's easily the best looking display I've seen in this size... period. The specs are mostly good for the price too, really happy to have a dedicated GPU even on the base 4k model. The only bad part of this computer is that incredibly slow HDD thats included, luckily there are easy workarounds for this issue, like booting off a much faster external SSD (what I've done). Now after booting off the external SSD I'm getting much better performance in general since thats easily the biggest bottleneck in the machine. Overall very happy upgrading from a 2013 retina macbook pro, its nice to have all this power and such a large high quality screen. The included keyboard is fantastic but the magic mouse was a letdown, very uncomfortable.

Got this for a little less than at the Apple Store. It replaces our 9 year old desktop. It is wonderful, and that retina 4K display is amazing....no glare at all on the screen even with direct sunlight.

Unless you get 16GB of RAM installed, this computer should be avoided.
I bought one with 8GB and this machine is only marginally faster than my 2009 edition iMac. The OS takes up 3-4 GB of RAM and once you open a web browser or email, anything else you do will bring up Apple's spinning disk of death at the drop of a hat. The act of copying and pasting is time intensive on this computer.
I'm constantly having to use Clean My Mac to free up RAM, just to keep this thing operating at a semi-tolerable speed.
To make things WORSE, you cannot upgrade the RAM. You can't do it yourself. Geek Squad can't do it. Apple Store Genius Bar also can't do it. The computer is sealed so you cannot update this at all. It has to be sent to a service center to have the RAM upgraded. That's ridiculous.
But to make up for that Apple is very pleased with the thinness of the design. Which is great, because you'll have LOTS of time to stand off to the side of this computer and admire its thinness, the Spinning Disk of Death is on your screen.
The user can update the RAM on all other iMacs. There are 4 slots for memory that are easily accessbile. Buy one of those. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE. I'd love to have my money back on this things....even if it's thinness is oh-so-aesthetically pleasing. I much rather have a functional machine that meets my computing needs. This is not that.
