I’ve had the case for a couple days, and it is well worth the money. I have the white case and am using it for an iPhone X. The case hasn’t died so far and I only charge it once a day. If I charge the case with the phone inside for say 30 minutes, the battery case charges 60-70% at least. The case is amazing. The rubber feel outside is tremendous and such a nice touch.

I bought this about 4 months ago. It was my favorite case thus far. Durable, reliable, and soft. However, it suddenly stopped working last night and is no longer charging. For $100, I’d expect more than 4 months of use. Very disappointing. I would not recommend wasting your money.

LOVE this case! i've been using it for a couple months now and it still looks in perfect condition. which is AMAZING as it's white and i thought more dirt/scratches would've been surfacing by now. it saves me from charging my phone all day, and i would say i'm on my phone a LOT. really happy i splurged and bought this case. i usually don't, but hey gotta treat yourself sometimes, right? i highly recommend this thing!!! i've had such bad luck in the past with battery cases, which is why i decided to go for THEE apple battery case, and i have to admit it's worth the money. i luckily got it on sale a couple months ago, for only $60 so that was a STEAL! so so so happy with this case, i never take it off.

Love the additional capacity sans an external brick and cable. Love that it charges wirelessly as well. Perfect for folks that are on the go all day, runners or hikers that want the added confidence or Disneyland visitors who need true all-day performance when using digital fast passes or Max Passes, checking line wait times, etc. Also, it truly is an XS case, where other Apple cases are just for th X but still for the Xs. You can tell this by the fit around the rear camera. I love that you can charge the case (wired or wirelessly) even when it’s not connected to the phone Negatives: two issues, one of which is weight. The other, it’s not possible to tell what the case battery charge is unless you start charging, then it briefly shows the case battery charge level. Otherwise, I would have expected additional details to be buried in Settings or the Battery menu. Seems like an easy fix they would have thought about.

This was my very first battery case and I couldn't be happier! I usually never use my phone, so upon buying this I've used my phone more. It lasts about 2 days without a charge for me. I'm able to be full brightness and not worry about battery drainage. It adds weight and bulk, but I don't mind. The widget is useful. May get a little dirty, but I'm a clean guy. If anything I'll cover it in stickers, it'll look cool. :)

I bought this to take on a road trip where I knew we would be away from chargers and using the iPhone X a lot. The battery case worked great and was a lot easier than hauling an external battery and cable. My car does not have wireless CarPlay but connecting through the lightning connector (wired) works! I suspect my older IQ chargers do not sort out the fact that there are two batteries to charge but a simple work around for me was to let my wall charger charge an external battery and let that battery charge the case and phone. This was the only case I found that supported lightning port pass through.

We purchased two cases for our iPhones thinking that the quality would be amazing because it is an apple product. One case died all together and the 2nd one drains the iPhone battery in 9 hours. This should not be. This is not using it for anything like videos. Only a few phone calls texts and normal light use. I am very disappointed in this product and would like to return. I no longer have the original boxes. Can we still return them? Our iPhones last longer on their own then they do using them.

Like everything Apple makes it’s quality at a price. Works great, looks great and is of best quality. You can find better battery life cases but none that functions and looks as well as this.
