AmericaTsures_How It Was Born

Some years ago I was asked to do a magazine illustration of how Israelis viewed the USA. I asked Israelis what places they thought of when they thought of coming to America. Overwhelmingly they said New York, California, Miami. Everything else was secondary. I made a distorted map based on their views. Working on the map gave me ideas of other satiric, serious, surreal and silly illustrations I could make of the map of America. So was born AmericaTsures.
