Hey Jean: Just FYI..the website for books and stuff is https://www.budaedu.org. Right now I am reading,”Mindfulness In Plain English.” It’s a 185 pager specifically about Vipassana meditation. I really prefer Samha but…can’t really come up with a way to mix the two. I want to ping you one day with some questions but will wait for your OK..I’m retired and got all the time in the world but…you…Oops. Sorry. :>)

I think I read “Mindfulness in Plain English” some time back. It was highly recommended by one of my meditation instructors. Anytime is okay to chat. I am not at all an expert on meditation. I do what I have to do to survive better! It has helped me a lot. It is very nice when you have more time to focus on it.
