WHO I AM

1995 — Born.

≤ 2010 — Tried everything: team sports and combat sports.

2011 — Fell for kickboxing… and got outmuscled (I was the skinny kid taking the hits).

2013 — Discovered the weight room.

2013 → 2015 — Went from 54 kg to 75 kg with simple, repeatable training blocks.

2020 — Moved cities for an office job; now sitting ~10 hours/day. I had to find smarter ways to train.

2025 — Launched TheHourHero to share the systems that keep me strong, lean, and consistent at 75 kg—without living in the gym.
