Welcome to my e-portfolio!
When I first started the Culinary Arts program at VIU, I knew I had a passion for food, but I didn’t know how to take my passion and turn it into a career. Now that I am nearing graduation from the diploma program, I have created this e-portfolio as a way to showcase my experiences in culinary over the past two years. This e-portfolio dives into my academic studies of culinary arts, work experience and co-operative education, and lastly, my enthusiasm to create memorable and delicious gastronomical experiences for others.
