RUBEN BATIANCILA LICERA, JR. is not new in the socio-civic youth leadership. Credited as the mind behind the success of Christian Youth Assembly (CYM), KADIWA and BINHI Day, Christian Youth Assembly (CYA) and the CWS Day in 2007, Kuya Bentot as his friends call him, rose from the ranks of every youth organizations he participated in. This experience has allowed him to experience the facets of servanthood and the essence of leadership.

Worked his way out of college as then a full-time Public Relations (PR) Writer of a Manila-based advertising agency and Chief Editor of a university student publication (THE VISAYANIAN), he successfully earned his AB Journalism degree in 2004 from the University of the Visayas (UV). Two months before his graduation, he was elected as Chairperson of the Values Formation Committee of the 5th National Youth Parliament (NYP) held at legaspi City, Albay, Philippines.

In 2007, he earned his Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southwestern University. Prior to his graduation, he visited Singapore and Malaysia for academic exposure. On the same year he was selected as one of the two official delegate from the Philippines for the CBI Intfair XVII training in Rotterdam, Netherlands. His trip to Europe had provided him the privilege of cultural exposure in Hong Kong (China), Paris (France), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Brussels (Belgium), and Cologne (Germany). 

Currently, the blogger is a public relations specialist of a world-class resort, a professional blogger, and an active youth leader of various socio-civic and secular organizations in the Philippines.
