I print out my blog each year into a book…a family scrapbook. I treasure those books. I treasure those memories. So I would miss not having that in later years.

I’ve never been on a cruise of the Inside Passage, what the call the trip from Seattle or Bremmerton or Vancouver, BC and goes to Sitka, Ketchican, Juneau, Skagway & Haines. I’ve heard it is beautiful. The sad part is you can’t drive there. From where I live I could drive to Haines and then get on the train or ferry to go to Skagway – it is a long trip. So if you do come up please find a way to at least Seward, that isn’t a hard drive at all – it’s actually quite scenic.

Thanks for your comment. I have had this blog for a few years and I played around with a bunch of stuff early on and that is how it got organized. I don’t recall all that I did but I need to go back over a lot of it. It is fun to play with and see the different things you can do with all that WP provides with the different themes. This Blogging U seems to be a big help in learning all the new stuff that WP has put out.

I’ve been saving the ones I haven’t done in my email, where I receive them daily. As I finish one, I delete the prompt. I have only been writing here since January 1, this year, so I don’t have all that many. Your site is so wonderfully organized. I know there are ways to do that with my theme, but it feels limited. I’m still learning those parts. 🙂

I so agree with you, Kristy. While my mom & I talk weekly the internet & email help us keep in better contact plus my mom & dad get more pictures this way since I’ve long been bad about mailing out photographs – if I even bother getting them developed.

Before social media/internet, I had no regular relationship with my father, brothers and extended family. Now I “chat” with all those people on a regular basis. I feel that I know them better and know what is going on in their lives. I would be lost without my social connections.

Hmmm, I’m not sure. Do you mean it is only showing up on your FB home page (when you click on your name at the top vs HOME) or on your regular news feed? You might want to ask friends to let you know if they are seeing any notifications about your blog on FB. Also, where you see it you may want to click the like button, it seems to help keep your posts out there. Other than the above I really don’t know what to do. It’s been a while since I set the links. Now I need to set up my Google+ as well.
