So you want to know about me.

Well I live in the Valley area of Alaska, anyone who’s been in Alaska very long knows where this is. Everyone else……

I am a SAHW (stay-at-home-wife),  formerly a HSM (home-schooling-mom) and so much more. Most of my time is centered around my home and my family (which is made up of my husband, son with his wife and daughter, and my daughter), and the rest is around my church where we are very involved as well as my crochet guild – Ididachain.

Get to know me…

I am an early bird, I love quiet mornings where the house is quiet and I can think. Usually it is just me and the dog(s) who are up though she will head back to the bedroom to sleep if I do not pay her much attention.

While I am very much a girl I’m not “girly”. I am not a gem kind of girl, I have my engagement-wedding ring set and a pair of gold hoop earrings that pretty much completes my jewelry attire each day. Occasionally I will wear a different set of earrings and maybe a necklace but hardly ever will you see another ring on my hands. I do not wear a watch since I have my phone with me, I do not have to worry about winding it. =)

Movies and concerts are not really my thing. Movies in the theater are just so expensive any more and with my being short (not vertically challenged but short) I really hate having to sit behind someone who is tall and broad. And then there is the whole I need to go the bathroom but I don’t want to miss anything! Buying the DVD when it comes out so that I can watch it at my leisure and pause when I need to is much more to my liking and worth the expense since I only have to buy it once and the way I watch movies I like…..lets just say that I have one movie that I wore out 2 VHS tapes before it came out on DVD. As for concerts – HEADACHE! I do not think I need to say more.

What I wrote above came from a list that I received a number of years ago and I decided to post it here. You will find most of the rest of the questions and answers below. I took a few out. Perhaps one day I will come back and write a bit more about these as I did above.

55. Do you make friends easily? Friends – yes, Deeper than friends – No
