The Move From The Couch To The Road
A little bit about me
I am a recreational runner from Eastern Ontario. This past February I decided being 5’9″ and 195 lbs not a good thing!! I started out by walking on the tread mill for 45 minutes a day and I wasn’t able to run for 15 minutes at 6 without feeling death lurking. I persevered and I am now down to 155 Lbs and will soon be competing in my first half marathon! I Love running and the BEAUTIFUL GAME so you may get the occasional post on Manchester United…so be prepared! I have 2 beautiful daughters and I am married to the LOVE of my life! I have my health and tons of roads to run on………..all is good

Hi Aaron. Thanks for stopping by my blog. You’re the first blogger that I’ve had from Canada. It’s one of my favorite getaways from the States.
I’ve been to Vancouver, Victoria, Toronto and Montreal and all four cities are very unique. Ran the Vancouver International Marathon in 2003 and I thought it was the best organized race anywhere!
Hope that you’ll get over the injury. You love to run and it shows on the blogs. Good luck to you on the first half marathon soon!
