Title IX
Title IX forbids sex discrimination in all university student services and academic programs including, but not limited to, admissions, financial aid, academic advising, housing, athletics, recreational services, health services, counseling services, Registrar's office, classroom assignments, grading, and discipline.
Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct
Services provided, include, but not limited to, investigating allegations of harassment or discriminated against an individual due to protected class status, or impacted by sexual misconduct. Education and training regarding those topics, is also provided.

No person shall be discriminated against in the terms and conditions of employment, personnel practices, or access to and participation in, programs, services, and activities with regard to race, sex, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation.
Sexual Misconduct
Sexual Misconduct is a continuum of conduct that includes sexual assault; non-forcible sex acts; dating, intimate partner and relationship violence; stalking; sexual exploitation; as well as aiding acts of sexual misconduct.
Title IX
No person in the U.S. shall, on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving federal aid.
