Giants Exibition – London
| The DRC wrote: |
| The DRC has created a unique photographic exhibition that will be displayed at London’s City Hall throughout September. The exhibition charts the journey disabled people have made in their struggle for equality.
Supported by the Mayor of London, “Giants” is the story of how disabled people were hidden in institutions, then came together in the struggle for recognition and finally celebrated in giant images. The exhibition has been written and photographed by David Hevey and designed by Helena Roden. It has been produced by the arts charity Shape. |
