All of WaterColor Inn’s oversized 500 sq. ft. guest rooms overlook the natural coastal sand dunes of our beaches. Rooms located on higher floors feature stunning views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All rooms feature private balconies furnished with Adirondack chairs, and first-floor Dune View Rooms include an outdoor cabana shower. ADA Accessible Guest Rooms are available on each floor.

WaterColor Inn’s spacious 600 sq. ft. guest rotunda suites offer panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as brilliant sunrises and sunsets. With only one suite available on each of the hotel’s three floors (2-4), these 30A suites are extremely popular and have limited availability.  ADA Accessible Guest Rooms are available on each floor.

These new 1-Bedroom Family Suites vary from 1,010 – 1,070 sq. ft. and are designed with coastal comfort and convenience in mind, making them ideal for larger family getaways. Conveniently located on the first floor, these suites feature a king bed, separate living/dining room area with sofa sleeper, a kitchen area including refrigerator & microwave, a master bath with dual vanities and large walk-in shower, and a separate dressing area.  The Dune View 1-Bedroom Family Suites (Rooms 107 & 108) also include a bunk room with twin over double bunk bed, a separate bathroom with full-size tub, a cabana shower, and ease-of-access to the family pool area.  Additionally, each elegantly furnished, coastal-inspired room comes equipped with a personal “Treat Suite,” refreshed daily with a variety of snacks, as well as a variety of family board games.    Please note that each Family Suite is unique and room layouts vary from suite to suite. These new 2-Bedroom Family Suites vary from 965 – 1,220 sq. ft., making them the hotel’s most spacious room options. The elegantly furnished, coastal-inspired suites feature a separate living/dining room area with sofa sleeper; kitchen area including refrigerator & microwave, a master bath with dual vanities and large, walk-in shower; a separate dressing area; and a second bathroom and full-size tub or walk-in shower. Additionally, each elegantly furnished, coastal-inspired room comes equipped with a personal “Treat Suite,” refreshed daily with a variety of snacks, as well as a variety of family board games. Conveniently located on the first floor, these Family Suites also feature a private outdoor terrace with ease-of-access to the family pool area.
