- For the past year Daniel Flyer, Nitya Nadgir and I have been working on a security research project concerning student monitoring software as used in public education. We presented our early findings at ReCAP 2025.
- In early 2025, I begun a research project concerned with federal and state-level support towards programs which address digital literacy. A blog post announcing the study can be found on the CITP blog.
Eyes from the Street: Inverse Surveillance for Public Safety

This year I developed and ran a short course on investigating state surveillance and communicating privacy issues to broad audiences at the Abrons Art Center with School of Making Thinking. Find the course site linked here. I'd be happy to lead this or a similar course with an aligned group.
