I have been practicing SahajYoga since 2014. It’s been 11 years and now I’m feeling the good vibration on hand and thoughtless state. It’s not like I’m not trying hard enough but one thing I got clarity that ‘You have to do nothing in Sahaj’ so be spontaneous about things.

So many things happned thorughout this times in Sahaj. From gettting realization which was really amazing and unique experience that I have felt that time which gradually developes the feeling of Guru towards Shri Mataji. But all this years have passed but the essence of Sahajyoga we find in such a spontaneous that we amazed at that moment, that Really ! I was just stuck in a loop. I even find difficulites to have complete faith towards Shri Mataji but when we got joy from divine vibration we got to know that. Shri Mataji is Shri Aadishakti.

And I have read your post now. I’m amazed how you stated that your state was in complete balance and doctors at washi said to you that you have cleared system. Last time I was in washi but my state was imbalance when I got discharge. Me too thought it’s impossible to have balance state but you gave me confidence didi.
