W3C Glossary and Dictionary
This tool, developed in 2003, gathers glossaries from W3C specifications and various other sources; as of May 2010, it is no longer maintained, but the archived copy of its content remains available.
In the context of this tool, a glossary is understood as a set of terms and their definitions, and is bound to the source document where these definitions are set (the said terms and definitions are in US English, the working language of W3C).
