Simpleware Auto Segmentation Tools
AI-Powered Segmentation and Landmarking
Speed up segmentation processes with Simpleware anatomy-specific auto segmentation tools for ankle, CMF, heart, hip, knee, shoulder, and spine data. The Machine Learning (ML) algorithm automatically detects regions of interest and identifies common key landmarks. Use Simpleware auto segmentation tools to accelerate your image to model workflows and produce results with one mouse click.
Why Use Simpleware Auto Segmentation Tools?
- Fully automated: One-click solution eliminates hours spent on tedious manual processes.
- Fast and effective: Get results in 1-3 minutes on a standard engineering specification laptop.
- Accurate and reliable: Simpleware ML algorithms are trained by experts and verified by clinical professionals.
- Secure: Protect your patient data on your local hardware, avoiding the need to transfer confidential data onto servers outside of your control.
- Consistent and repeatable: Eliminate inconsistencies between users and the need for multiple reviews.
- Scalable: Boost your throughput, and efficiently process large numbers of datasets 20 - 50 times faster.
- Less Segmentation - More Innovation: Free up engineering time for more complex and high value tasks.

More InformationFAQs
1. Do I have to segment all the parts listed?
No, you can use the selector diagram to select only the parts you want to segment, and also choose to include landmarks or not.
2. Can I choose to segment only part of the image?
Yes, choose the user-defined region of interest to select which area to segment. This is really useful when you are working with lower body scans for example.
3. The anatomy I wish to segment isn’t listed, how can I segment it?
Use Simpleware software’s extensive range of image processing and segmentation tools to segment different anatomies, or contact us about our fully customized AI/ML solutions.
