Section 3.2.6 says:

qdtext         = HTAB / SP /%x21 / %x23-5B / %x5D-7E / obs-text

It should say:

qdtext         = HTAB / SP / %x21 / %x23-5B / %x5D-7E / obs-text

Notes:

Lack of space between the slash and the alternative makes it unclear that the slash isn't part of the next alternative.
