Oracle can only provide replacement keys that have been previously distributed. Oracle does not support license keys requests for host transfers or upgrades. Customers must demonstrate that they have an active support contract for the products to receive a replacement license key. This can be done by providing the Customer Support Identifier # (CSI) or the support contract number for those products in the form below. Complete and submit this form.
