Oracle Customer Center에 로그인하면 청구 내역 지불, 지불 방식 또는 연락처 정보 업데이트, 지원 보상 상환 등 셀프 서비스 기반 작업을 수행할 수 있습니다.
대부분의 국가에서 Oracle의 송장은 기본적으로 이메일을 통해 전달됩니다. 주문 시 입력하신 청구서 수신자(Bill To) 이메일 주소로 송장이 전송됩니다. 추가 설정을 통해 이메일 수신자 목록에 고객사 계정 담당자 또는 지불 독촉 담당자의 연락처(해당하는 경우)를 포함할 수 있습니다. 설정이 완료되면 지정된 모든 수신자에게 송장이 전달됩니다. 더 궁금한 점이 있으신가요? FAQ를 참고하세요.
