これは独立したインストールであり、インストールによって以前のバージョンが上書きされることはありません。WebCenter Portal 12c（12.2.1.4.0）を起動して稼働させるには、以下の情報を参照してください。

WebCenter Extensions for JDeveloper 12.2.1.4.0
WebCenter Portal Extensionsは、オンラインのJDeveloperアップデートです。 JDeveloperを起動します。メニューから「Help」→「Check for Updates」を選択します。Check for Updatesウィザードで、「Search Update Centers」を選択し、最初の2つのオプションにチェックを入れます。「Next」をクリックします。次に、対象となるWebCenter Portalの拡張機能（WebCenter Core Design Time拡張機能およびWebCenter Portal Design Time拡張機能）にチェックを入れます。または、WebCenter Core Design Timeの拡張機能と、WebCenter Portal Design Timeの拡張機能をここから入手することもできます。次にJDevelopeのメニューから、「Help」→「Check for Update」を選択して、Check for Updatesウィザードで「Install from Local File」を選択し、ダウンロードした拡張機能のファイルを指定します。
