As of June 3, 2024, Next Technik customers and partners transitioned to NetSuite SuiteAnswers and NetSuite Account Center, to easily create, track, and update support cases for NetSuite Field Service Management (formerly known as Next Service Field Service Management). The Next Technik Support channels are no longer available.
The same support team who supported Next Technik’s product continues to do so today.
