NetSuite Cloud Services Contracts – Subscription Services Agreements
This agreement governs orders for NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro Cloud Services. This Agreement is not applicable to SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (f/k/a Adi Insights) - see applicable agreements below.
Your Estimate/Order Form (the “order”) for NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro Cloud Services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement that governs the order. If your order is placed on or after June 1, 2024 and references the Subscription Services Agreement available at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/, then the June 1, 2024 version of the Subscription Services Agreement applies to that order (refer to the “Agreement” section on the order to identify the specific agreement applicable to, and governing, your order). For any “add-on order” to an original Cloud Services order, the version of the Subscription Services Agreement for Cloud Services in effect on the date of the original order will apply to the add-on order, even if the add-on order is placed after an updated version of the Subscription Services Agreement is published. An “add-on order” is an order that updates the quantity or type of previously ordered Cloud Services, such as by adding capacity, new user subscriptions, or additional SaaS service applications. This agreement governs orders for NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro Cloud Services. This Agreement is not applicable to SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (f/k/a Adi Insights) - see applicable agreements on this page.
Your Estimate/Order Form (the “order”) for NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro Cloud Services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement that governs the order. If your order is placed on or after June 1, 2024 and specifically references the Controller Subscription Services Agreement available at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/, then the June 16, 2025 version of the Controller Subscription Services Agreement applies to that order (refer to the “Agreement” section on the order to identify the specific agreement applicable to, and governing, your order). Oracle Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite Connectors (formerly known as FarApp Connectors)
This agreement governs orders for NetSuite Connectors Cloud Services (f/k/a FarApp Connectors). This Agreement is not applicable to NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro Cloud Services, NetSuite CPQ Cloud Services (f/k/a Verenia CPQ), or SuitePeople Workforce Management Cloud Services (f/k/a Adi Insights) - see applicable agreements on this page.
Your Estimate/Order form (the “order”) for the NetSuite Connector integration cloud services identifies the Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”) that governs your order subject to the following:
- If your order is placed on or after July 10, 2023 and before January 19, 2024, and references the “Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite Connectors” available at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/, then the July 2023 agreement, found in the Archive below, applies to that order. Prior versions of the Oracle Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite Connectors can be found under the “Archive” tab below.
As outlined in the Agreement, Oracle may revise the Agreement at any time upon providing notice to You. Such changes will take effect at the beginning of Your next Renewal Term or as otherwise specified in the Agreement. Data Processing Agreement
If your Estimate/Order Form (the ‘order’) for NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro Cloud Services incorporates in the Oracle Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”), the applicable DPA can be found by going to the Oracle Cloud Contracting page found at the following URL: https://www.oracle.com/contracts/cloud-services/.
The Oracle Data Processing Agreement can also be found under the “A-Z” tab found on the link above (search on "Data Processing Agreement" to find current and archived DPAs)
Effective August 23, 2025: For Customers located in Brazil, the Brazilian Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) also apply to Customer’s Estimate/Order Form. These Brazilian SCCs can be found at the link above under “Brazilian Standard Contractual Clauses: Existing Customer Agreements” or on the “A-Z” tab (https://www.oracle.com/contracts/a-z/contract-documents/).
Hosting and Support Delivery Policies

NetSuite Professional Services Addendums
Online Professional Services Addendum. The Online Professional Services Addendum governs certain professional services and training services provided by Oracle to Customer. The Online Professional Services Addendum is incorporated into the Subscription Services Agreements (versions June 2019, June 2020, March 2021, June 2022, or June 2023), the Transactional Subscriptions Services Agreement (versions June 2020, March 2021, June 2022, or June 2023), or the Transactional Controller Subscription Services Agreement (versions Sept 2022 and July 2023).
NetSuite CPQ Professional Services Addendums (formally known as Verenia for NetSuite)
Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ The Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ governs certain professional services and training provided by Oracle to Customer. The Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ is incorporated into the Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ (released in January 2022). If your Estimate/Order Form (“order”) is placed before January 19, 2024 and references the “Subscription Services Agreement for NetSuite CPQ” available at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/, then this Professional Services Addendum for NetSuite CPQ applies to your order. Otherwise, the “Online Professional Services Addendum” above shall apply to your order unless otherwise stated in your Agreement or order.
Support Terms and Response Times
NetSuite Support Services. Effective January 19, 2024, the NetSuite Support Services Terms have been consolidated into the Oracle NetSuite Hosting and Support Delivery Policies (including the Oracle NetSuite Exceptions to the Hosting and Support Delivery Policies) found at the URL below.
NetSuite Support Services for Oracle Cloud Services.. These are the terms under which Oracle provides support for Oracle Cloud Services as specified in the Oracle NetSuite Service Descriptions.
Supplemental Support Terms for Response Services. Effective January 19, 2024, the Supplemental Support Terms for Response Services (referred to herein as “Supplemental Support Terms”) have been consolidated into the Oracle NetSuite Hosting and Support Delivery Policies (including the Oracle NetSuite Exceptions to the Hosting and Support Delivery Policies) found at the URL below.
Oracle Terms of Use for NetSuite Support Portal. This Terms of Use specifically covers the Customer’s use of the NetSuite Support Portal website.
Service Level Commitment (SLC)
Service Level Commitment for the NetSuite Cloud Services and SuiteProjects Pro Cloud Services (“SLC”). Effective January 19, 2024, the SLC terms have been consolidated into the Oracle NetSuite Hosting and Support Delivery Policies (including the Oracle NetSuite Exceptions to the Hosting and Support Delivery Policies) found at the URL below.
NetSuite Trial Account Agreement
The Trial Account Agreement governs the temporary access to a limited trial, test, training or other demo account of the NetSuite Service that may be provided to you or a partner program member for such party’s non-production use, the duration and scope of which may be further defined in an Estimate / Order Form.
