The NCUC is governed by our bylaws, which mandates a five-person executive committee (EC) composed of one member from each of ICANN’s five regions, North America, Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa, to provide its leadership. We value transparency, accountability, democratic processes, and open communication, and strive to integrate these into the core of our work. Check out our bylaws for more information.
