The FTC has a proud history of enforcing the nation’s competition and consumer protection laws that spans more than a century. Every six months, we publish a volume detailing the actions we’ve litigated, adjudicated, or settled during that year. The Legal Library has decision volumes dating from 1915, including the first volume issued after the FTC was formed in 1914. The volumes are in PDF format.
