Part II Projects Proposal Submissions 2025/26
- Write your project proposal. Updated guidance can be found here: https://www.cst.cam.ac.uk/teaching/part-ii/projects/project-proposal
- Send the proposal to your Day-to-Day Supervisor, Marking supervisor and DOS and once they are happy to approve your proposal, please complete a Project proposal submission form (https://forms.office.com/e/efPBP07BWg) and submit your proposal using the submission link below.
Note, the formal signoff can occur after submission, but please ensure that your DOS and Supervisors are happy before you submit.
- Ask your Day-to-Day Supervisor and Marking Supervisor to complete the 'Approval form' (https://forms.office.com/e/Gi72ZuSS5Q) to confirm that they have approved your proposal.
- Also ask your Director of Studies to complete the 'Approval form' (https://forms.office.com/e/Gi72ZuSS5Q) to confirm that they have approved your proposal.
- If your project involves experiments with human participants, be sure to read the department's Ethical Review Policy, which explains the steps you need to take.
- Another UTO may check your submitted proposal and contact you in case of concerns. If all is fine we won’t contact you, so you can start working on your project as soon as you have submitted the proposal.
- If you have been asked to make revisions to your proposal, please use the link below to upload another version naming it {crsid}_Proposal_Revised
