Accessibility at Cisco

Accessibility Statement
Cisco recognizes international standards when assessing and documenting the accessibility of its products, services and websites. Currently, Cisco adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level A and AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Accessibility 508 Standards issued by the U.S. Access Board. The following objectives for company business processes and activities help ensure that Cisco products and services benefit the disabled community:
- Increase awareness and understanding of disabilities and accessibility within Cisco through training, campaigns, and events.
- Provide employees with the technical training needed to design, produce, market, and deliver accessible products, websites, and documentation.
- Develop and implement policies and guidelines to evaluate accessibility and usability of applicable digital assets.
- Integrate accessibility best practices into the design process of our products, services, and websites so that accessibility and usability are considered from the outset and maintained throughout development.

Feedback can be general or specific, but providing more details such as the date, the name of the webpage, product, service or application involved, may make it easier for us to understand your concerns.

Accessibility Laws and Regulations
Cisco is committed to complying with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates. Key applicable accessibility laws and regulations include:
- The 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) in the United States
Accessible Canada Act
Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and its implementing regulation, Ontario Reg. 191/11: Integrated Accessibility Standards (IAS). To support this regulation:
