Aircraft mortgage
For the entry of a mortgage or other legal fact, the following documentation is required:
- Application for registration of a mortgage (AIR.OBR-111) and payment of the Tariff for the service implementation of the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, based on the Agency's invoice;
- Document evidencing the basis for establishing the mortgage/legal fact, containing an explicit statement by the aircraft owner (mortgagor) consenting to the entry (e.g., Notarial act establishing a mortgage). The signature on the document must be notarised (certification in accordance with the General Administrative Procedure Act or under international document certification regulations) (Article 51 of the Aviation Act (Zet-1)).
For the deletion of a mortgage or other legal fact, the following documentation is required:
- Application for registration of a mortgage (AIR.OBR-111) and payment of the Tariff for the service implementation of the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, based on the Agency's invoice;
- Document evidencing the basis for the termination of the mortgage / legal fact, containing an explicit statement by the mortgagee consenting to the deletion (e.g., Mortgage Release document). The signature on the document must be notarised (certification in accordance with the General Administrative Procedure Act or under international document certification regulations).
