ROA entries were created by IRINN referring to an undelegated AS Number AS59199 (as part of IRINN’s account closure process) that caused RPKI invalids and impacted routing for several IRINN account holders in India and globally.
APNIC rolled back the ROA changes made by IRINN to AS59199 in response to a request from an impacted organisation. APNIC is working with IRINN to improve account closure processes to avoid future confusion.
